“Duane was very thorough and answered all our questions. The same day as the inspection, he provided a full report we could use with the seller to have some items remedied before closing, plus both 4-Point and Wind Mitigation documents we needed for insurance company. Call him with your needs - he was reasonably priced and very responsive.
Update to review: Duane was super helpful in resolving 4-point issues and updating the 4- point for insurance requirements. I felt he really was willing to work with me to do it efficiently & timely!”
