Complete home inspection

A complete home inspection provides an unbiased opinion of the overall condition of a property at the time of the inspection. It is a non invasive, limited visual examination of a property.

4 - point

A 4 point inspection is a service that focuses on four areas of highest interest; Plumbing, Electrical, roof, and the Ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC). This inspection is usually requested by the insurance company.

Wind mitigation

A wind mitigation is a non invasive inspection intended to inspect building techniques used to mitigate wind forces on a building. These building techniques are implemented in order to limit the damage that can be caused by intense winds. This inspection is also usually requested by the insurance company.

Sewer Scope

A sewer scope is a visual inspection of the interior of the sewer line using a camera. Some of the most common but not limited to issues that can occur in new or older homes are broken pipe, debris, offsets, tree roots and bellies.
